How a call goes

Have these four things ready

  1. Street and cross street

    Oakland has repeating street names across districts. A cross street avoids a wrong turn in the hills.

  2. Type of lock

    Deadbolt, knob, mortise, smart lock, padlock, gate lock, or a car's make and year.

  3. Proof you live there

    ID with the address, a lease or a vehicle registration. Expect to be asked.
